Certificate for my film

When choosing the most suitable certificate for our films and trailers, my group decided to ask a focus group to help us choose whether to rate our film a 12, 12A or 15 or 18.

The majority of the focus group said 15 was the most suitable for our film, this is because our film will include:

• Dangerous behaviour
• Moderate bad language
• Threat and horror
• Violence 

After researching the film classifications, my group saw that the scenes in our trailers and films most fit into these 4 categories and that it why a 15 certificate is suitable.
