My Chosen Genre

My chosen genre is Thriller

For my coursework I am making Trailers, a poster and a website in the genre of Thriller.

What is a Thriller?
A Thriller usually consists of some sort of battle between the protagonist and the antagonist. The storyline usually has a chain of bad events whilst building tension and suspense for the climax.

Conventions of a Thriller:

- Low lighting

- Quick cuts

- Tension music

- Montage of shots

- Close up shots

- Scary location
